Mission
The mission of LiveWell Colorado Park Hill Thriving Communities (PHTC) is to eliminate health disparities in Park Hill via increased access to healthy eating and equal opportunities for active living. The coordinating agency for PHTC is the City/County of Denver, Department of Environmental Health, Division of Community Health and Decision Support, Denver Healthy People Program.
