Mayor Smith discusses the work Golden is doing to shape community to be healthier and more sustainable. He states that you have to have a clear vision and focus while remaining disciplined with your goals.

Stacey McConlogue, Program Director, Denver Healthy People
Ms. McConlogue works on sustainability and health promotion. From her perspective, Denver is a leader, awareness of health is being raised considerably and support is growing. The obstacles are shifting, but the biggest obstacle currently is awareness of what goes into protecting and promoting health.
