Denver Urban Gardens
Denver Urban Gardens strives to grow community one urban garden at a time. DUG’s LiveWell Initiative consists of a series of garden-based strategies designed to promote healthy lifestyles in the Baker, La Alma/Lincoln Park, and Sun Valley neighborhoods, three diverse, lower income neighborhoods with high need populations. The initiative addresses the socio-economic barriers to accessing healthy, affordable food and receiving nutrition and gardening education.
